What a nice story to accompany such a delicious treat. I think the citrus definitely makes this cheesecake as does the sprinkling of sugar on top. What I like most about this dessert is that it is so unique. Nothing like it. I wonder if I can show up to the next event with this dessert wrapped in a white napkin and present it to the hostess.
